• Processing time: 2–5 business days
• Shipping time: 10–20 business days on average
• Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order ships

We know this is a little longer than buying locally, but it’s what allows us to bring you the same gear at up to 50–70% less than retail. A bit of patience = serious savings.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there’s ever an issue, we’ve got you covered:

• Damaged or faulty items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind: As products are shipped directly from overseas suppliers, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• Easy process: Email us at tacklediscountaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please reach out and we’ll investigate with our suppliers. We’re committed to making sure you get what you paid for.
